Hide text above in post view

Hi

I was wondering how I can manage to hide any text above the -more- break when in full post view.

My posts are buildt like this:

-Image-
-Title via shortcode-

Spec sheet for XXX

–more–

Main post/text

I would like the line “Spec sheet for XXX” to be conditional, and only show up in category/blog view, and hidded in post view.

Hope my explanation is understandable, and that there is some way of achieving this?
