I’ve yet to find a theme that even remotely customizes WordPress beyond… Well the WordPress look that gives away almost every site. I even checked to see if this was a WordPress site. It isn’t :(. Good luck finding a theme like this, but…

That’s a commercial theme. Some unscrupulous people (and that site you’ve linked to in on my list) provide copies of commercial themes on the Internet.
Don’t do that. The theme author is making an income selling his work. We do not support commercial themes here but we sure do not encourage people to take income from developers. That’s why I’ve modified the link you’ve provided to point to the actual authors site.
Thanks, I of course bought the official one :). ^^ Didn’t mean to break any rules, just rather point people to a place where they can get it.
