Need someone to tweak code and customize theme

Hi,
I am a blogger and I need someone to help cause I’m pulling my hair out! I need bug fixes, some code writing, and help with certain widgets. I know some code…it’s like I understand it more than I can speak it. I know what I wanna do but when I go to the CSS to try to change a font for example I put all the right things in but nothing happens. I don’t wanna get scammed on Odesk or Elance etc. So, is there anyone out there that would like to help for an hourly wage and grow with me as my blog site will grow and get ads soon and I will hire someone part time to continue to add things and update my site.
