For Flickr, you can try Falbum. I haven’t used it myself, though.

there are several gallery plugins. I just finished fgallery. Not an external gallery but works like a champ.

I do remember seeing a plugin for picassa integration. Just google for it. Anyway maybe one of these will do the trick for you.

i highly recommed Fgallery, witch is a plugin for WP, but it stores your images local, so if you dont have any space i can see the problem 🙂
In addiction you can get really cheap hosting these days.
i got one.com 1000mb space free trafic and emal and all those things, and 1$ a month is pretty cheap imo 😀
