Event Reminder email Notification to all members.

Will this calendar send an email notification out to all members?

or group of members invited to the event?

If not, can anyone recommend a calendar I can use that: I can create an event, assign attendees (or invite them), and an email goes out to them for a reminder or if i make any changes to the event.
