Internal Server Error when Loading sub-pages

http://www.stopthebullybook.com/ loads fine, however when I try to load http://www.stopthebullybook.com/media I receive a 500 Internal Server Error.
I updated my “home” via phpMyAdmin shortly before the error occurred.
When the site loads from http://www.martialarts-internetmarketing.com/stopthebully/media it loads just fine.
