wordpress chat only allows admins and editors chat

i am trying to use wordpress chat as a core feature on my site. i purchased the plugin but it only lets admins and editor chat. i logged in as a subscriber, when i did so the box was blank. i attempted to post a chat but nothing shows up. this is what all my subscribers are telling me and i witness it first hand plz help me solve this problem i really wanna keep this plugin. here is the link to my site u must register a password and log in to view the pages http://www.exquisitequeens.com/
