Need help accessing 2nd wordpress install

Hello

Im very confused and need some help!

I have setup a second wordpress install on my wamp server at home and can access it no problem from the host machine, but not from another pc on the lan or the internet.

I have it setup so on the host machine i can access this new install from client1.localhost but I cannot figure out how to access it from any other machine. this is my first time doing anything like this and its very confusing.
