Switched site over from /blog and now it looks UHOH!

    Hi guys I tried moving my wordpress site over from /blog to the main domain per the codex and now it looks all messed up. The site is HERE.

    Its acting responsive like its laid out for a phone and the background and some of the styling is missing.

    I know i saved over the .htaccess in the root with the one from /blog so i think that caused the error but I know little about dev and am completely lost how to fix this or if that is even the problem.

    Can somebody point me the right direction? Thank you .

    Actually it is missing all the styling. I am using headway theme. Latest versons of both theme and wordpress.
