Missing Apache Modules

I keep getting a message stating that I have missing apache modules. Since I keep having problems with my website I think this might be the source of my problems. Does anyone know how I can retrieve those modules? I’ve tried deleting and re-installing super cache, but that doesn’t seem to work. I’m currently using the InStyle theme from Elegantthemes. The problems I’m having are that the pictures on my homepage keep giving errors moments after I’ve managed to get them to work; also my contact form keeps showing the loading arrows eventhough the messages are being sent. ( I’m using contact form 7) could this be due to those missing modules?
