Plugin Stop working if u use ALTERNATE_WP_CRON

    My server hoster recently doesnt allow me to trigger chrons the standard way and so for scheduled posts such i am forced to use the WordPress alternative by setting ALTERNATE_WP_CRON inside the wp_config.php file.

    However when i do this i notice this plugin now fails to start (update the XML file). For example if i had a scheduled post and when it posts then this plugin doesnt recreate the xml file. It does when i use the normal cron method (not using ALTERNATE_WP_CRON)

    Any ideas?

    An update…i spoke to a few people here in support for a similar plugin and they pointed me to sites such as this who make use of XML Sitemaps with the alternate keyword on and how they faired. Apparently this plugin completely forgot to consider this since i was told that it only works when it is off. The webmaster told me s/he resolves the issue by making a custom tool that runs XML Sitemaps separately. Uhh. I had assumed briefly maybe i was doing something wrong or my server was the issue. So indeed this is a bug in tihs plugin. 🙁
