JigoShop developers package?

Do JigoShop offer a developers package whereby you can pay £x to get access to all available themes and extensions, or must we buy each one separately as & when needed?

I’ve had a good look through their website but I can only see paid “Support packages” available, however I’m sure I remember a while back, receiving an email from them selling a developers package.. am I right or wrong?
