Multiple Categories Filter in WordPress Search

Hi there.
Would really like the search to display categories with checkboxes next to each one so visitors can select which categories to search.
Don’t want a drop-down so that can search multiple categories at one time.

Would need feature to be able to select/exclude some categories, eg: don’t want all the child categories displayed as there are many.

Is this something that can be added to the Premium version, or can you recommend another plugin that already achieves this which would work well with your Relevanssi search plugin?
