can’t select database when setting up??

Iam very new as you can tell iam trying to install WordPress but i am having some troubles…It gave me the following message:

“Can’t select database

We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the tsanov_wordpressblog database.

Are you sure it exists?
On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_wordpress. Could that be the problem?”

I am sure it exist as i have the host control panel open and i can see it!
and the DB name: tsanov_wordpressblog.
my username is: tsanov

Do someone know how to help??
