My site is down after changing theme

    I changed my theme from Suffusion to evolve; but after uploading and installing, I started getting this message “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/efoghor/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/evolve/library/functions/options.php on line 11”

    Now I can’t access any part of my blog. What shold I do?
