    Could you link to your site?

    The input box and button misalignment is probably due to the CSS from your theme overriding our CSS.

    It feels like the theme javascript may be interacting with the plugin.

    Could you switch to the default WordPress theme and see if the plugin has the same problem, or whether it works as you would expect.

    Let us know how you get on. We’ll take it from there.

    I switched it to the default theme and it works as expected. So I’m guessing it is a JavaScript conflict as you suggested. Would you be able to help me out with this one or am I on my own?

    You could try and removing the other JS files that come with your theme, and then adding them back in one by one to determine which file is causing the issue. Your theme designer should then be able to pinpoint what the issue is.
