Your best bet would be to upload the backup copy of the theme.

Online. But I am not the Web guy (obviously) so I’d have to call him up and tell him how badly i fucked up and would rather not do that. I see a “pugin” but cant seem to plug it in. Have version 1.53.
I cut and past the code that’s in the instructions into the sidebar page, but it doesn’t seem to work…
If you don’t have a backup copy of the template file… it is useless to cry for help here – contact the designer or whoever has a copy. It’s a custom theme and nobody knows what was there before you messed with the code. Sorry.
Next time ALWAYS keep an un-altered copy of every file before editing them.
