[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Order advice and customising order confirmation email

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help.
We sell a bunch of virtual products, but for us to send the customer the product (in this case a license) we need them to inform us of their systems serial number, is there any way or method of showing on the checkout page that they should put this serial number in the order comments box, otherwise i will have to put it on each and every product (some 180 odd at the moment)?
Is it also possible to customise the email sent to the customer as the layout etc is horrid on the default one.
