[Plugin: WPNewCarousels] can't activate new carousel

I’ve added 2 slides by typing in the paths, the add option doesn’t seem to work. I can delete a carousel, but can not add one, the box that should show the carousels is blank. So I have empty boxes on my page, no images, no action. This looks like it should be a great plugin, but if it doesn’t work…

Any help here?
