Log into WordPress after I move my site from one domain to another

    Hello,

    I tranfered my WordPress site from rivierabliss.com to rivieralust.com. I can no longer access my admin panel. And I edited the wp-config.php file according to this tutorial:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

    Before the transfer, I didn’t went to Settings->General to change both The home setting and the site URL.

    It is the reason why it’s not working ?
