• Hi there

I recently updated my personal website, wlmager.com, to a wordpress theme.

i started out with a test URL at wlmager.com/wordpress, then transferred the wordpress theme to the main wlmager.com folder.

So far it’s all working great, with a few glitches ironed out by the fantastic DustinM at bluehost support.

However I still have one glitch that I don’t know how to fix. I’ve added a ‘subscribe’ widget to my wlmager.com/blog page, but this subscription subscribes to wlmager.com/wordpress which is no longer being used.

How can I fix my site so that the subscribe link subscribes to wlmager.com?

    Many thanks

    William Mager

  • Are you using a plugin or a theme for your subscribe button? This just means the old url is stored in your database some where. If you know how you can search for all instances of wlmager.com/wordpress in your database and replace it with wlmager.com.
