[Plugin: Shortcodes Ultimate] Too Much Undefined Index and Undefined variable

Dear Developer, I was Try This Plugin on My Localhost ,
My PHP is Version Latest Or PHP 5.3 and also 5.4. and i Make the WP V. 3.4.2
Much case of in PHP 5 and later , the function Must Be Define, Like a

$_GLOBAL[‘tab’] or like this $return

i try open my debug , your code too much showing the BUGS ..
like on the :

lib/generator , example :

$return = is not define variable
[‘default’] = undefined index / variable

also like this ,
when i Activate The DEBUG on TRUE.

BUGS showing , also some shortcode in post, not appear..

Like a TABS / tabscount.
