[Plugin: Twitter Widget Pro] Twitter Feed Not Showing Past Home Page

I’m not sure what the issue is. It could be that your theme only shows that widget area on the home page or maybe another plugin that loads on other pages is conflicting?

Try disabling all other plugins and see if it works. If not, you’ll probably need to talk to whoever made the theme because the widget works in all areas on other themes (including the default themes).
