[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Posting to Facebook & FB Pages

    Having finally got the calendar export to iCal & Google calendars properly working. I’m now focusing on having it push events to Facebook.

    I set up the App as per the instructions. However, when I attempt to use the export to Facebook function, I get an error: “Something went wrong while creating the event on Facebook.
    This is the error message: (#100) Invalid parameter”

    The real trick though is that I’d like to export events to the “events” tab of a particular page. I know the URL for the page’s events. But there is no explanation of how to link into it. Would the FB App do it somehow?

    If not, it would be awesome to have this as a possibility for your plugin. To be able to push AL1EC events into a particular page’s events at Facebook.

    ** I have no idea if a page’s event’s are part of the main accounts events. **

    Hi jwhitesides,

    The “(#100) Invalid Parameter” error is one that we are aware of and is going to be fixed in the next release.

    R.e this feature, you are not the first user to request this. We are also looking to add this functionality so please stay tuned for future updates.

    Adding a placeholder to this thread- would also like this feature! I too will be going to a page that I manage, not my own.
