    do you mean when JavaScript is deactivated in the web browser?

    That has nothing to do with WP-Table Reloaded, but with the tab plugin you are using. It is by default hiding all tab content, and only making on tab visible when JavaScript is activated. You can verify this, by putting any content into the tabs, and the same will happen. Thus, this is not a problem in WP-Table Reloaded, but the tab plugin. You could maybe try to contact the tab plugin developer and suggest that you uses default CSS that will show all tab content if JavaScript is deactivated, e.g. all tabs below each other.
