• Hey there,

I really like WordPress SEO, a very powerfull and complete plugin. If you want to do some serious SEO, this is the way to go!

    Although, I have one question:

Is it possible to hide the WordPress SEO functionality and fields for Authors and Editors? So that only Administrators see the SEO functionality?

I tried a search for it, but I only found one answer “No, not supported” 🙂

Anyone who figured out a workaround?

Or is there maybe a chance that this is a feature that’ll be added in the near future?

My reasoning is: WordPress SEO is great for sites that have to do extensive SEO, and the site editors are aware of this. Right now I’m developing a site where the Administrators are aware of SEO, and are empowered by the plugin, but the contributors that occasionally drop a blog post are confused by all the extra fields. There’s a chance that’ll keep them from posting, and we don’t want that.

For the record: Currently at SEO Version 1.2.8.5
