[Plugin: Mediaburst: Free SMS Notifications] Default Country

Great plugin. Especially in a space that’s still quite wild and wooly.

Is there a way to override the country dropdown and simply pass the value of a specific country and have the Provider dropdown immediately visible for the user?

This, as has been mentioned elsewhere, is mildly confusing and unnecessary for users visiting sites that only deal with domestic customers.
