blogging from windows mobile (pda)

    Having quite a nightmare setting up blogging from my PDA. I enabled blog by email but that is not working even though I installed wp-cron.

    Next I tried SharpMT, that instaleld fine but it rejects the address of my cgi-bin. It wants to point to mt-xmlrpc.cgi but I cannot find this on my server. Do I need to install it seperately?

    Next I tried pocket blog, I have read somewhere that this works with wordpress, but the default api is for blogger. I don’t know what api to use.

    Can anyone please help with any of the above program settings? thankyou

    Update: My email to blog post has just appeared so it is working, just takes a long while (several hours).
    One thing though, via email can I attach images?

    Still looking to get one of the above blog writers working though if anyone can still help with that. Thanks.

    mt-xmlrpc.php – wouldn’t that be specific to Movable Type? You might look into Windows Live Writer – it may work for moblogging as well as normal.

    I don’t think windows live writer can be installed on a PDA yet.

    some mobile version like in m.wp.com would be nice. or maybe some kind of java app for mobiles/pda
