Del.icio.us Linkbacks to Permalinks

I would like to add a link on each post that gives delicious linkbacks to any post on my blog using permalinks. Something like the Kramer plugin for Technorati.

I wanted to use the following as the model – http://www.kokogiak.com/delicious_linkbacks.html
but have the results page with my own del.icio.us api key appear on my own site.

Any ideas or has anyone seen this done already. I’ve googled this to death.
