Picture Ad in sidebar

can any one help me??

i have wordpress 2.0.2 and i want to add an AD on my sidebar “http://www.almeelas.com/images/megamers.gif” so when i click the picture it will go to the site
and i cant, i tried adding a link from the links tab, but no luck.

any hints?
