[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Yoast SEO not being picked up by Google

I have downloaded the Yoast SEO plugin and followed all the instructions. The first week or so I could get one page to come up on Google and now I can’t get my website or any page to come up even with direct searches on title, pages, etc.

What’s happening?
