I would also like to disable the subject field.
I have the same issue. Nothing added, nothing removed in the form.
I check/uncheck different Required fields in Plugin settings, save, nothing happenes.
I hope people are not waiting for me to fix it!

If you mean label, you can do this in the plugin settings. Choose ‘Additional option’ -> ‘Change label for fields of the contact form and error messages’ -> in the plugin settings and change or remove ‘Subject:’.
If you mean imput field, unfortunately, this functional doesn’t exist. We can make this customization for you, but this is a paid service.

The functionality for removing the field “subject” doesn’t exist. Most likely you mean, that you marked the settings so that this field will be unnecessary for filling.

I love the ease of use and simplicity of this plugin, but I too would like the ability to remove some of the preset fields. In my case, specifically the name field is not always valuable.

Currently you can disable displaying telephone number and address fields. If you want, you can order a paid customization in order to remove for example the name field.
