[Plugin: Post Review] Place code in templates – where? All pages?

    Hi Kerry,

    I’m very sorry for my slow response.

    About your question, where to place the code is depend on the type of the template that you use on your WordPress version. If it is a template that base on ‘Twenty Ten’ or ‘Twenty Eleven’ then you do not need to place the code. If your template is a customized or a paid version, then you should place the code right below the textarea tag that is use to enter comment.
