[Plugin: Enable Media Replace] 150×150 thumbnails not updating

    Firstly, I love the Enable Media Replace plugin. Very handy!

    However, I have noticed one thing which has not been updating when using ‘replace media’: the 150×150 image thumbnails.

    Scenario:
    I uploaded some ‘placeholder’ images to my website (getting all the ALT tags right, etc), and then used Enable Media Replace to later change the images to the final versions.

    The full-sized images updated OK, but I am still stuck with the original thumbnails, which look nothing like the final images. This is unhelpful for navigating my own media library in WordPress’ back end. Unfortunately, it also means that some of my publicly-viewable image thumbnails (used as ‘previews’ in Facebook, etc) are not accurate.

    Can anyone suggest a fix for this? Thanks in advance.
