You can do it with Get Recent Comments plugin, if you set the options the way you want, make a Page called “Comments”, and put the call for the Recent Comments plugin in the theme-template used for that Page.

There may be other ways. I’m sure there’s a way to do it with just WordPress functions/code and no plugin.

ok so after looking at that plugin all it does is put the most recent comments in the side bar..
I was looking for more of a page that would have all the comments on it like a graffiti wall of comments so everyone posts in the same spot!
Maybe my understanding on the plugin you listed for me was wrong…
There might be something like that outside… but out of the box in WP the comments are always associated with a post ID#.
Basically, the solution suggested by Dgold does what you want: “collects” the comments in one place, regardless of the post they are attached to.
Whether you use it in a sidebar, in a Page, in a template – it’s up to you and your imgaination.
Another approach, assuming your theme allows comments on Pages.
Create a new WP Page, add a sentence at the top if desired (“Enter your comment here”). Turn on comments.

yea my pages don’t allow commenting, in fact any theme i’ve ever used didn’t allow that even though the box was always checked…
the code for letting people comment is …? 🙂
