Second sidebar disappeared from posts

    Hi, I am using the Magazine Basic Theme, and before now both sidebars have been working perfectly on all pages, but for some reason now when I navigate anywhere but the front page the second sidebar disappears completely. I have looked in the previous forums and tried a few solutions but nothing has worked so far, I would appreciate any ideas on how to recover the sidebar on all pages, not just the front page.

    Small adjustment actually both sidebars show up fine on every part of site except posts, I have recently installed facebook comments for posts, but that was working fine for a while with sidebars still working, then when I tried to add a tag cloud to sidebar two the problems started. I have removed the tag cloud and gone back to the original widgets in the second sidebar, but still no luck.
