Need template and plugin for Database oriented site

    Hi,

    I am new to WordPress and trying to create a free website both for desktop and mobile for people to do practice questions.

    Questions will be combination of one answer(radio button) and multi answers (check boxes). Questions will be in Database.

    Can anybody recommend a theme and plugins for this?
