[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] WordPress SEO by Yoast – Space tag not considered?

    dear all,
    I’m experiencing a very strange issue with this plugin.

    If you have a look at an example post from my site, you can see that the title ends up with

    —SITETITLE

    which is kind of correct, but I want

    — SITETITLE

    Although I’m setting
    “%%title%% — ” (without commas, just wanna show how it’s stated)
    within the Yoast Title fields (to be overwritten), what I get is still
    —SITETITLE
    instead of
    — SITETITLE

    I’ve tried to put %20 within the title, but it’ll show up like:
    — %20SITETITLE

    🙁
    How can I achieve my goal?
