Twenty Twelve reply to post link missing

    In the Twenty Twelve Theme,

    Only the standard post type has the ‘leave a reply’ link.
    The others do not have this, not any indication of how many comments there has been.

    I want to use the other post types such as ‘aside’ for the way it looks, but do not want to discourage conversation around those posts.

    Is this a bug? Is there a way around it?
