[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Add "agree to terms" checkbox to some products

I’m about to start using Woocommerce for the first time, and my client has one special request – some products need to require that the customer click a checkbox to agree to certain terms & conditions before adding that item to the cart. While I don’t consider myself a programmer, I’m pretty handy with PHP and Javascript, so if someone could point me in the proper direction to add this feature, it would be much appreciated!
