• This is my site http://www.houston-roadsideassistance.com

At the bottom, the copyright is here twice. I can’t remember where to edit this one
© 2012 Roadside Waiters Richmond TX (I would like to put “all rights reserved” here)

I believe the bottom one is a widget. How do I center it?

I may get rid of the bottom one and keep the one above it.

  • Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS work.

Take a look at one of my sites – <arklatexmoaa.org>. In the brownish/gray area at the bottom there are three widget areas:

left side is First Footer Widget
    center is Second Footer Widget
right side is Third Footer Widget
(these three widget areas can be found in your theme.

The content under all that in the footer.php code for the theme you are using. If you’ve never messed with this, I strongly suggest you proceed WITH CAUTION or you can screw the file up. I suggest you copy the footer.php file and paste it into a text editor of your choice. Then, make a small change, save it, view the page and see how you change looks. If you’re happy with that, repeat the process. Don’t get too cocky and think you’re a wiz or it will bite you very quickly.

Alternatively, I am in Shreveport, Louisiana. My number is at the very bottom of this website page. Call me and I’ll try to help you.

    Dave
