My site was working fine until the weekend. It now give me an “Internal Server” error message when I go to the url (http://www.uniquecastleonline.com). I contacted the host company (iPower) and they were useless. They don’t assist in 3rd party applications like WordPress and suggested I come here for support. I have already deactivated and deleted the WP-eCommerce plugin and then reinstalled/activated it but no luck. My site works when I have the plugin deactivated but of course I don’t get my product pages. Any suggestions? I use the same plugin and template for another site (http://theverdebag.com) and it works fine (using different host company). Is this something can can be fixed or do I have to switch host companies? I lose money everyday my site is down!

  • It sounds like you found your own answer, “switch hosts”.

Hi sampledesign, you need to review your PHP error log to identify what Plugin is causing the 500 Internal Server Error (possibly WP e-Commerce) and/or what Plugins are conflicting. It could be hosting server changes that are interfering with WP e-Commerce or new Plugins/functionality added in other Plugins that are conflicting with your hosting server.
