Ability for users to reply to post with video

Hi Guys

Please can someone help me out , i’m trying to develop a site in wordpress where users can pay for public speaking course, once they are registered they then need to be able to post videos of themselves speaking, the public speaking expert(moderator) can comment on the video.

i’ve been searching for ages trying to find something that allows front end user to post videos, the only thing i’ve found that i thought was the holy grail is the “All in One Video Pack”, but this only works up to version 3.1.4 and i can’t use that,

Does anyone know of anything which allows users to post videos and have those videos appear on the page or as a reply to a post?, where a moderator could comment. i can’t use youtube or anything like that, they need to be on the hosted server . i will be using memberlist for the member pages so other people can’t see the post,

i’m getting desperate, i really didn’t think this could be such an issue..please can someone help me out or at least point me in the right direction.
