Unable to access parts of theme to sort out broken link.

I have recently started to work on http://www.arjunaclinic.co.uk and I have been able to add my details to the therapists page, link to them from the static front page etc. However there are two links on the front page to room pricing and to an application form in a box on lower left of screen and I can not work out how to get at the code to try and sort it out. It seems to be part of the theme as it is on every page but going to the manage themes page does not seem to help.
