[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Radio Buttons/Drop down menu

    I am experiencing the same thing when I try to use a radio button. When you use drop down it works fine.

    You will need to create a field option for your radio or checkbox under Field Options tab.
    Create a slug – something like cf_one. Add a label like “I solemnly swear to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth”. Add a value like “Swears to tell the truth” – which will show up in the email.

    Then under Fields tab, select options next to the field you are working with and attach the field option you just created. Save and check the form.
