Is there a plugin that would allow each user their own private page?

So basically I want to create a website for a tutoring group where parents could log in and download a data sheet associated with their child. However, I want parents to ONLY be able to download their child’s data sheet.

Are there any plugins that create a private page for each user, or something like that? Or are any other ways where I could solve this problem?
