Similar issue. I have “Process Shortcodes” ON and “
Other Plugins” ON but it does not process the shortcode.

hmm, this issue is particularly when shortcode relies on GET method. Plugin at the moment can not handle GET variables and hence shortcode which generate their output based on data provided via GET method may not work properly.
I am working on solution to overcome it and will update plugin as soon as solution is available.

Also, when process shortcodes isn’t checked, should be a good thing to remove shortcodes from the pdf output, so, for example, if [tab id=1] content [/tab] isn’t processed cause process shortcodes option isn’t checked, the generated pdf doesn’t include the shortcodes but only the content
I am interested in a solution to this as well. I’d like to use this with WP Favorite Posts and it doesn’t process the shortcodes of the favorites list. Not sure if this is the issue, but I have to use {{wp-favorite-posts}} rather than [wp-favorite-posts] for this plugin. Any luck with this? Thanks, great plugin!
