plugin confusion causes site to crash

website totally crashed!
I was trying to install a flickr—badge plug-in so I can display photos on my sidebar, but I also have the flicker falbum running and I may have screwed up with the API key authoriztion.. because I went to display the photo on my sidebar. But my website no longer displayed anything but a partial header in the source code.
After checking my dashboard I also noticed that every plug-in was deactivated —
I’m really quite confuses anyone know where to go or what I may have done to cause my site to crash??
