How do I change Plugin page on WordPress.org

I’m trying to find a way to edit my plugin page on WordPress.org: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/flocknote/

I’d like to add a tag or two, and probably add a little to the description. For the description, is that actually coming in from the readme.txt file, or is that editable elsewhere?
